E-Gorides terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including, without limitation, users who are browsers, renters, and/or contributors of content.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years old and possess a valid government-issued photo ID to rent an e-bike from E-Gorides.
• Reservations: Reservations can only be made online on our Website.
• Rental Period: The minimum rental period is two days, and the maximum rental period is fourteen days.
• Delivery and Collection: We offer delivery and collection of e-bikes within our designated postcodes (see Delivery and Postcodes section below). Delivery and collection times are:
  • Monday to Friday: 5pm – 9pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: 12pm – 3pm
• Deposit: A £350 deposit is required for each rental. This deposit can be paid online or at the delivery location. The deposit will be refunded upon the safe and timely collection of the e-bike in good condition.

• For Rental only bookings full payment is required upon booking. Payment will be made via the secure online booking system or on delivery.
• For all other bookings the Client agrees to pay a 100% deposit to E-Gorides upon booking before the start date of the rental by: (a) upon receipt of payment request via online booking system; or (b) credit/debit card upon e-bike delivery.
• The Client also agrees to pay all applicable: (a) bank charges on money transfers.
• Payment of all or part of the total price (including payment by credit card) is acceptance of these T&Cs.

• Full Refund: You may receive a full refund for your booking by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled collection time.
• Early Returns: No partial refunds will be offered for early returns of the e-bike.
• On-Time Collection: Please be on time for your scheduled collection to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
• Late by You: A £40 late fee will be applied if you are more than 1 hour late for your scheduled collection.
• Late by Us: In the unlikely event that we are more than 1 hour late for your scheduled collection, we will offer you a complimentary extra day on your next booking.
• Missed Collections: A £40 missed collection fee will be incurred if you miss your scheduled collection day entirely. An additional £40 charge will be added for each subsequent 24-hour period you miss your collection.

• You are responsible for the safe and responsible operation of the e-bike during the rental period.
• You must comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations when riding the e-bike.
• You are responsible for any damage or theft of the e-bike during the rental period.
• Always lock the e-bike when it is unattended. Lock it to a secure bike rack or a sturdy pole that is firmly anchored in the ground to prevent theft.
