Tour London with E-GoRides

Rent an E-GoRide for £40 per day.

Minimum rent is two days.

Maximum rental period is fourteen days.

We deliver and collect the e-bikes, Monday to Friday, 5pm-9pm.

Saturday and Sunday deliveries and collections are between 12pm and 3pm.

We deliver to the following postcodes:

CR0, CR4, CR7, SW1, SW2, SW3, SW5, SW6 SW7, SW8, SW15, SW16, SW17, SW18, SW19, SE11, W2, W4, W6, W8 W10, W12 and W14. Contact us if your postcode is not listed and we will confirm if we can deliver to your postcode.

Pay for your E-GoRide rental online or at the delivery location.

A £350 deposit is required, payable online or at the delivery location.

Full Refund: We understand that things come up! To receive a full refund for your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled collection time.

Early Returns: If you need to return the rental item before your scheduled end date, we unfortunately cannot offer a partial refund.

On-time Collection: We value your time! To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to be on time for your collection.

Late by You: If you are more than 1 hour late for your scheduled collection, a £40 late fee will be applied. This helps us maintain our schedule and serve other customers efficiently.
Late by Us: In the unlikely event that we are more than 1 hour late for your scheduled collection, we will offer you a complimentary extra day on your next booking as a token of our apology.

Missed Collections: If you miss your scheduled collection day entirely, a £40 missed collection fee will be incurred. An additional £40 charge will be added for each subsequent 24-hour period you miss your collection.
