Frequently asked questions
Helmets included?
Riders under 18 are required by law to wear a helmet. One is provided with your rental.
Payment options?
We accept online payments via Paypal or via debit/credit card. We also accept credit/debit card payments on delivery.
E-bike damage/theft?
You are responsible for any damage or theft of the e-bike during the rental period. Always lock the e-bike when it is unattended. Lock it to a secure bike rack or a sturdy pole that is firmly anchored in the ground to prevent theft.
Overnight storage?
Keeping the e-bike indoors overnight is the best way to avoid potential damage or theft. If you’re staying in a hotel, check with the bellhop, concierge, or reception to find out if you can take your bike to your room or if they want to keep it in their luggage room.
